·     Serve as your laboratory director (Moderately complex, PPMP, & Waived labs under CLIA)

·     Prepare your laboratory for CLIA/state and COLA inspections, including all applications and proficiency testing review

1.  Review lab’s compliance before scheduled inspection to identify potential deficiencies            

2.  Correct identified deficiencies

3.  Attend the inspection with/for you and provide any required corrective action

·     LIS/EMR consulting

·     Lab Billing

          1.  CPT & ICD-10 Coding

          2.  Medical necessity (Medicare)

          3.  Revenue/reimbursement analysis

·      Lab requisition development

            ·      Job description development

            ·      Write laboratory procedure manuals
